Differences in B2B vs B2C
Talked with a potential client today and he stated that reviews are easily gotten from industries that interact directly with customers vs industries that deal with managers, have many sub contractors, and are just too busy to click things and leave reviews.
I had not thought of that situation. What are your findings on this topic? Do you see a difference between b2b and b2c?
