Hey team! (I feel like our coaching group needs a cooler name so help me with that! haha!)
This is something I wanted to put out that will help you guys out. Rolling vs. sliding can be a tough one to differentiate but for any 90 degree bunker you NEED to roll. A slide will show too much. This video I go through an example so you can see.
