A Prayer for Revelation, Understanding, and Love

Father,

I ask You for revelation and understanding through Your Holy Spirit. Open the eyes of my heart to see what You are saying and what You are doing in this season. Give me wisdom beyond knowledge and understanding beyond information. Let Your Word come alive and reveal Jesus to me in a deeper way.

Remove every veil, distraction, wrong mindset, and area where I have leaned on my own understanding. Give me discernment, insight, and a heart that is quick to obey Your voice.

Lord, let all revelation lead me into love. Teach me to love You with all my heart and to love people the way You do. Remove pride, offense, judgment, and selfishness from me. Let my knowledge never become pride, my gifting never become greater than my character, and my revelation never become greater than my love.

Help me walk in humility, wisdom, obedience, and love so that I may know You more and represent You well.
