Squeezed it in!
My work brought me halfway to the local hot springs yesterday, so I thought to myself, “why not?”…….. 🦗🦗Nothing came to me so I went for it. First, I took a quick hike on the way at Robert Louis Stevenson Park, Mt St Helena, the tallest mountain ⛰️ around. On a rainy 💧Wednesday afternoon, things are quiet and peaceful all around.
If any of you have never had the chance to visit Northern California’s beautiful Harbin Hot Springs it comes highly recommended. The natural hot and cold springs emerge at about 200’ and 60’ F. The hot pool is chilled to around 114 so it’s about as hot as you can handle and it’s about 5’ deep so you can stand up and be fully submerged. They have a 50’ and 60’ cold plunge, a pool for swimming laps and various warm pools in between. They also have an amazing sauna and steam room, massage and occasional music and educational events.
