I didn’t start Hospitality Revival because it was trendy.
I started it because I’ve watched too many good people burn out.
Too many gifted hands grow tired.
Too many creative hearts feel unseen.
Too many leaders pour and pour and pour with no one pouring back.
This is holy work.
To stand in the gap.
To lift the unseen.
To remind the industry that the people are more important than the plate.
Hospitality Revival exists to restore the restorers.
