We curate intentional boxes featuring local makers and meaningful products — often created alongside back-of-house teams.

Our upcoming Revival Box is in collaboration with By the Grace of Grits and chef Alexis Mungin — designed to build up and pour into those who pour out daily in the kitchen.

This is about restoration through tangible care.

🤝 Community Initiatives

From partnering with mental health professionals (like the doctor we brought in this past December for our first kitchen session) to hands-on team development inside working kitchens — we are actively showing up for back-of-house teams.

We don’t just talk about culture.

We build it.

This space will also be where we:

• Share videos (including our December pilot session)

• Highlight team stories

• Connect operators with resources

• Build leadership that leads with heart
