About the Founder
RaCynta “Coach HomeChaser” Abdullah is a real estate broker, leadership strategist, and business growth coach known for helping professionals build scalable businesses and wealth through systems, communication, and real estate ownership.
She is an Executive Leadership Trainer with Maxwell Leadership, a SHRM Certified Instructor, and a Military Ambassador, committed to developing leaders across industries.
With more than 300 homes closed, RaCynta is also a RE/MAX Hall of Fame Agent, Harvard Certified Negotiation Specialist, and founder of the HomeChaser Network and WealthChaser frameworks.
Her journey was shaped through real-life experience.
After experiencing foreclosure during the 2008 housing crisis, she rebuilt by investing in real estate, developing leadership frameworks, and building businesses centered around systems, ownership, and long-term wealth.
Today she helps professionals avoid the same struggles by teaching them how to combine mindset, skillsets, and systems to build sustainable success.
