Credit Readiness Help for Homebuyers
Hey everyone, I wanted to introduce myself and share how I can add value to the group.
I help homebuyers understand what may be holding them back from getting mortgage-ready from a credit standpoint.
A lot of people want to buy a home, but they are not always sure what lenders are looking at or what is hurting their approval chances. It could be things like high credit card balances, late payments, collections, charge-offs, inaccurate accounts, or simply not having a clear plan before applying.
What I do is help homebuyers get clarity.
I review your credit profile, help identify the areas that may need attention, and map out the next steps to help you become more prepared before speaking with a lender or reapplying after a denial.
My goal is to help members stop guessing, understand where they stand, and move with a real plan toward homeownership.
