I found yoga when I was in my 20's I loved the energy and the people. I was mainly meditating, in 2016 received a Spiritual Cleansed by Suzanne Powell. And I genuuinlyl believe that my life shifted to a new level after that. I lived a few years in higher peace than before, and somehow I didn't quite make the connection with yoga and spirituality, I was grateful but not conscistent. However, in 2020 the circumstances and events brought yoga back into my life. This time around I started practicing the Yoga asanas and I found myself feeling calm and relaxed during and after yoga sessions. 2 years later I noticed that I was also getting more flexible and stronger with what I thought was a simple and easy Yoga routine. So, I started to truly look into the benefits of Yoga.
I looked further into it, became a Yoga & Meditation Instructor in 2024. I have since learned more and align my core belifs with Yoga to have a better life in every way.
