Dies gilt bei "Jahreszahlungen" und "Monatszahlungen", wenn die Zahlung direkt in Skool abgewickelt wurde. Wenn die Community als "Einmalzahlung" angelegt wurde, wird es nur einmal zu Beginn abgebucht.

Als "Workaround" für kleinere Communities kann ich mir vorstellen, dass die Mitglieder komplett rausgehen können (also zuerst stornieren und dann die Community verlassen) und der Owner sie über einen Einladungslink kostenfrei wieder hereinnehmen könnte. Das geht aber nur, solange die Community noch nicht archiviert ist.

Ich habe dazu folgende offizielle Mitteilung vom Skool-Support erhalten:

"Yes, a member will still be charged if they haven’t canceled on their side, even though the group is archived.

Note that when you archive your group, you are canceling your $99/month or $9/month subscription to Skool. This also makes it so that no new members can join the community. However, existing members remain on their billing cycle until they cancel their own subscriptions.

One reason the system is designed this way is that a group can sometimes be archived by accident. We know how hard creators work to build their communities and enroll members, and it would be devastating for them to automatically lose all their members if the group weren't intentionally archived.
