I’m really glad you’re here.
This space has been sitting in my heart for a long time, and it still feels a little surreal to finally open it.
Before anything else, just know this... there is no pressure here.
No pressure to be healed.
No pressure to be consistent.
No pressure to have your life figured out before you show up.
This is a space for honest self growth. Not performance. Not perfection. Not pretending.
You’ll see themes here around emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, behavioural patterns, identity, healing, and learning how to actually understand yourself in a grounded way.
You’ll also meet Mishi 🍄A tiny mushroom who sometimes shows up with uncomfortably accurate observations and a questionable sense of timing.
