Once you get up; drink 2 glass full of water and practice ‘Mindful Breathing’ for 10 minutes.
• How to do: Sit in a comfortable position. Inhale deeply through the nose for a count of 4, hold for 4, and exhale slowly for a count of 6. Repeat for 10-20 rounds.
