Previous film SYNOPSIS:
Courtney finds herself trapped in a web of her own making after pretending to have a boyfriend to please her mother. A year later, the lie has snowballed, she’s even told her mom they’re engaged. With Christmas approaching, she’s terrified the truth will come out, so she brings home a pretend boyfriend for the holidays… who just happens to be her sister’s ex.
Things get even more complicated when Courtney runs into her true love. As family secrets, fake relationships, and old sparks collide, the holiday turns into a heartfelt, funny, and emotional journey about honesty, love, and second chances.
