I just finished reviewing each month of 2024—where I was, what I did, and what I was feeling in those moments. This exercise helped me put things into perspective, appreciate the journey, and not take for granted that where I am now is the result of countless circumstances and decisions I made along the way.
I first tried this exercise last year, and it helped me tremendously in valuing my progress and experiences.
Now, I’m shifting my focus to review where I stand in the areas of my life that matter most to me and set a clear goal for each one for 2025.
