The HTM 21-Day Closer Challenge goes live in 24 hours and I want to talk to you about something before it does.
A lot of you are going to feel something when you see the daily tasks. The simulator reps. The LinkedIn build. Recording your Loom. Posting publicly every day.
That feeling is resistance. And it is completely normal.
Here is what I know from closing every single day and training women to do the same, the ones who step into the discomfort instead of waiting for it to go away are the ones who get good. Fast.
In a real closing role your calls get reviewed. Your performance gets coached. You do not get to wait until you feel ready, you show up and you get better in real time. This challenge is preparing you for exactly that.
So here is what I am asking you to commit to right now, before we even launch:
→ Show up every day even when it feels awkward
→ Do your simulator rep even when it feels clunky
→ Post your proof even when you want to wait until it is perfect
→ Apply for the role on Day 20 even when the voice says you are not ready
The women who finish this challenge will not be the ones who felt ready. They will be the ones who showed up anyway.
