The perfect Sunday
What is it like? I like Sundays that aren't rigidly structured. I had planned to go to the gym in the morning, slept well, went an hour later, had thought about tidying up the house, but went to visit my mom instead. In the evening, I had planned to have a Zoom meeting with a client, but she didn't show up, so I have time to write here. I like that the weekend flows more calmly, that there are no strict to-do lists like on workdays.

Single-Tasking in everyday life
What are your thoughts on the concept of focussing only on one task at a time and setting other things aside in our minds? Maybe even not listening to music or clearing other distractions...
