I love being a member of HIB. It can be quite lonely being a solo operator of an evidenced based strength studio. However, in this community you know that you are only ever a post/text away from getting answers to questions or support and advice from like minded people. People that have either ‘been there, done that’ or are also going through the same stages that you are in their own businesses. I also love the buy/sell area and have picked up some fantastic pieces of kit for my studio. 💪👍

If you’re wanting an experienced community in HIT and want to build a successful business for years to come I can’t recommended this group enough. Lawrence and everyone in the community are top tier, extremely supportive and I know I wouldn’t be able to double my session rate without the resources, calls and feedback from High Intensity Business.

Lawrence‘s podcast is what initially drew me into me into HIT, and I honestly don’t think I would’ve opened my own strength training studio without him in the community he’s built. We opened in September 2025 and are already on track for around $250,000 in revenue this year. Lawrence asks the right questions, challenges you to think differently, and isn’t afraid to give constructive feedback.
