So, my breakthrough this week is about me learning how much of a positive impact committing to soft tissue rolling and stretching can have on my knee pain! If you do not know I have been struggling with knee pain only when walking at certain times for over a year now. It has unfortunately made me avoid walking lately which in non-negotiable for me, so my goal is to get back to regular (for me) walking this spring and so far, committing to foam rolling and stretching has helped!!
