Herbie Balboa: The Nickle and Dime State of Maryland Cartoon
I had fun drawing this cartoon. I love living in the state of Maryland however, we are also known as one of the most expensive states to live in. This cartoon implies that sometime in the future, the Maryland state legislature will eventually tax our air consumption. Ludicrous? Yep, probably. But who knows.
