I have received so much great information and guidance from Michael & Christina that it's hard to describe. The latest instance was last week. I went to the shop for a scheduled workout. While there I mentioned to Michael & Christina that I had a dental appointment when I left and I was quite anxious about it since it was prep for a crown. Christina came to my rescue with Milky Oats. It really took the edge off my anxiety and allowed me to make it through the procedure with grace. Thank You !!!
