Introduction and greetings to new members 🫂
Hello everyone, thanks for joining our community.
I have been working with plants for many years (and with some breaks for whole my life actually). Last years I started to be curious more about their biochemistry and bioavailibility for our bodies.
🍃 There is a huge demand for knowledge of this kind but also missinformation or lack of good materials for people to learn nowadays and that is why I started the community. We are preparing weekly updates - video lessons and pdf materials.
🌐 We will have both free and paid memberships depending on how deep people want to go with us in this topic. We will be starting our channels in few weeks.
