On December 9, 2023, I was very ill and that triggered a major MS relapse. I needed a walker just to get around. At the time, I could not see it, but The M.E.N. Mindset™ was already forming in me. With faith in God and a shifting mindset, I began to learn that momentum is not about how fast you move, but about taking even the smallest next step. Energy is about protecting what little you have left. Navigation is about choosing one clear yes at a time. 📹 Below is a short video from that season. It was a personal 47-second message I recorded for my two-year-old great-niece. What I came to know is this: there is no rescue with constant medication, self-pity, or moaning.
