We are stepping into a new year soon but we are not doing New Year’s Resolutions. We are doing something more powerful…something more sustainable…something that actually creates transformation.
So I’m introducing 🫳🏽
🌅 The 2026 Renewal Reset Series:
An 8-week Mindful Monday experience designed specifically for women in their Second Act. Women who are ready to walk into 2026 with clarity, alignment, emotional grounding, structure, and a fully awakened sense of purpose.
This series is where we reset from the inside out using my signature framework:

The same 8-minute standard that helped me get moving again, mentally and physically.
Over the next 8 weeks, we will explore simple, science-backed, soul-supportive steps that rebuild your energy, your mindset, and your sense of direction.
