I created Heavy Minds, Gentle Space because I know what it’s like to carry more than you can explain—and still be expected to keep going.
I live with Bipolar Disorder, BPD, PTSD, and Generalized Anxiety. I don’t have everything figured out, but I’ve learned that strength doesn’t always look loud or put-together. Sometimes it looks like getting through the day. Sometimes it’s just not giving up.
This space isn’t about fixing yourself or pretending to be okay. It’s about having somewhere you can show up as you are—on the good days, the hard days, and the ones in between.
Here, we focus on small, steady support—gentle routines, honest check-ins, and taking things one step at a time. Because even the smallest step forward still counts.
I’m not a therapist, and this isn’t a replacement for professional care. But it is a place where you don’t have to do this alone.
