But I can feel trough what Kind of Lense a Person is perceive me.
I observe the person for just a few moments & I start immediately to see myself trough their lens of life.
The more self love you have the more uncomfortable it can become. Because the most …love themself limited. As the love for myself became unconditional. I was not able to spend time with anyone who can’t see me as I do see myself. Because in the moment I enter their space, my energy field shrinks to match their expectations of me. Remembering being one with source is becoming one with everyone & you do as soon as you are not disconnected from youself.
So Disconnecting with others becomes kind of impossible.
You can try but as soon as I do. I hurt others even more with my presence. I feel that some can just handle an amount of triggers & I start to shrink again for their comfort. I should not I know it’s not that easy for a person who never did it before in that conscious & aware state.
Because when u spend time with people who can’t handle that it might drain your energy as an empath, because you can feel how their insecurity get triggered. Even tough it’s uncomfortable for you. The longer you can hold your own Center the better for others. But the more intense your presence the less you are needed, because a short amount of time with u can bring more to the surface than even might a therapy session. The uncomfortable part is that unhealed wounds form the people will get projecting on you first when there is not enough self awareness. But when you fully embody Love & Truth whatever you say & do will be pure, that means even the trigger might hurt the other. They will reflect very fast in your presence. Because there will be nothing you could be judged for. That’s the secret of purity. Being healed & pure hearted. Is the most strong and beautiful medicine you can offer to others. So my love, don’t fear to trigger others. Because your love heals in real time. Your presence heals in real time. And only those who are ready heal will surround you. I know you might feel their energy ask you to shrink. But the most important is for you to anker your whole being in love, because you shrinking might hurt them more.
When you are here to lead a wave of healing. Others needs you in your most ankered pure unconditional love you came to share. Whatever it might look like in others body language, reactions, mimic. I know you were the one hurt so often, that you might struggle seeing others in that discomfort. But remember this discomfort made you grow into this version. You were able to sit in this discomfort for so long, & it didn’t broke you. You learned that only those who are in their balanced energy can receive your massages. Because you took the responsibility to heal first. You are ready now. You leaned the healthy balance of power you hold & how to teach others how to do the same. You live literally by example as a light for others to follow. And you know that. The more you heal & become whole the brighter your light the more will heal with you, because you did. My angels do not underestimate you power. You are wise enough to spread it without harming others. Trust that your unconditional love you hold is enough and all you need to is to shine, & you do without harming others. Yes triggers hurt, truth hurts. But you did go this way & you still do. You exposed youself to all of this tiggers willingly because you felt this potential in the growth. & nobody did trigger you as gentle as you learned to do it. Because you leaned not to point on others pain & jugging them for it like others might did it to you. You learned that the best way to help is to embrace & embody unconditional love within yourself. Now your presence alone hold the key for others. That’s what an earth angel do. They heal with their presence. And you did it from the very beginning already. But because your love for youself and others was not fully anchored in unconditional love. You did judged youself for that gift. Because you always felt every single resistance in others & youself when that power of love wanted to rise. Dont fear to open up your heart & breathe pure essence of unconditional love. It’s our own essence that wait to be seen & valued. When it start to feel safe you ready to go. Every act of self love will become an act of love for others & your love overflows effortlessly & the flow can just flow. You know that beautiful feeling of sharing, sharing love & sharing moments & sharing gifts. Open to love always naturally makes us givers. Because we overflow. Don’t judge youself when you are not able to share as much as you think you should to. Becouse you judging youself will judge others always. Love youself & be kind to youself always. You being kind & loving & pure intentional to youself & this world will always inspire at the end even it feels triggering at first. But just remember how you healed. You healed through self love of others. You collected a data bank of self love by observing & even purified it from false distorted ones. You learned to trust youself because you had to find it out on your own, what love truly means. And now you still believe that it could hurt others just because you are a vessel of love. Shrinking for others is not self love. Remember. Nobody ever shrieked for you. And those who did would always expect the same in return. Trust that that’s not a place to remain. It’s not a place to grow. You embracing the healthy version of self love is truly a blessing & gift. You overthinking hurts youself, because u shrink again. My dear lovely angel, remember unconditional love grows exponentially, you understand & remembered the key principles. Trust it. Trust your Heart as it wait to lead the way for others. Because you know that truth & love is the ultimate key. You hold them & embody them at the same time. Those who will be ready to see will see it. Over time, don’t worry. Trust that everyone will take their own advice from your embraced unconditional love. Because you know you will be a student forever, you being your own teacher. Teaches others to do the same who are also already on this path. Following their Hearts & following the truth.
