Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative guided relaxation practice that helps quiet the mind while allowing the body to enter one of its most healing states. Many people leave feeling as though they’ve enjoyed hours of restful sleep.
Research has shown Yoga Nidra may help:

💜 Enhance overall well-being
We’ll begin with a brief introduction and a few gentle movements before settling in for the guided practice.
Then just resting in
comfort...allowing the breath and the sound to offer sweet relief.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, and anything that helps you get cozy.
