Heart Rehab is designed to meet you where you are—not push you where you think you “should” be.
There’s no right way to participate here. Only a way that feels supportive to you.
Start Slowly
If you’re new, give yourself permission to simply observe. Read posts. Listen to lessons. Get a feel for the space before engaging. Healing doesn’t require immediate participation.
Begin with the Heart REhab Foundations Course
When you’re ready, start with the Heart Rehab Foundations course. It will give you shared language, grounding, and a framework for the conversations that happen here.
You don’t need to finish it quickly. There’s no timeline. Engage at Your Own Pace
Some weeks you may want to:
- Comment
- Share
- Ask questions
Other weeks, you may just read or reflect quietly. Both are valid forms of participation.
Use the Heart Rehab Community for Support—Not Pressure This is not a place to fix or advise each other. It's a place to listen, reflect, and respond with care. If something resonates, you’re welcome to share. If something feels tender, you’re allowed to protect it.
Return Often, Gently
You don’t need to “catch up” if you step away. Just return and browse when you’re ready.
A Gentle Reminder
You don’t belong here because you’re healed. You belong here because you’re human.
Take what you need. Learn as you heal and grow. Trust and follow your own pace.
