Good morning, Heart of Care Academy 🌱
I just wanted to take a moment to encourage you today.
No matter where you are on your journey, please remember that growth does not always look dramatic. Sometimes growth looks like getting out of bed. Sometimes it looks like taking a shower, making a phone call, setting a boundary, asking for help, or simply making it through a difficult day.
Many of us spend so much time focusing on how far we still have to go that we forget to recognize how far we have already come.
Be patient with yourself.
Small steps still matter.
Today, I encourage you to give yourself the same grace, compassion, and understanding that you would offer to someone you care about.
Keep going.Keep growing.Keep believing that better days are possible.
