Passion- empower women through health & wellness
Problem- moms today say they are too busy to go take a class or they struggle with confidence, losing weight because they try to do too many things at once. My hope is to help them create the time through teaching, and coaching with an online strength training program. A lot of women focus on cardio when they need to do more strength training.
Profit- start with 6 week pelvic floor & core program then transition to my online Bootcamp
Presence- prerecorded or preplanned workouts they can do on their own time.
Pathway- guess that would be the same as above or they start pelvic floor PT with us and do the 6 week program with us and then transition to three days a week of the strength program on their own.
Not sure if this is where I post this but just finished the video and wanted to get my thoughts out :)
