1) How many hours a night do you sleep
2) How much water per day do you drink (not including coffee but tea is ok)
3) How much protein a day would you consume
4) Are you surrounded by an environment full of toxicity
5) Do you stress? What level of stress would you rate yourself?
6) Do you take any supplements? If so how often, what are the ingredients? Does this include proprietary blends? Do you have an auto ship where you have to purchase them? What is the cost?
