It's responding to who you show up as.
Every single day, with every choice, every hesitation,
Every bold move that you make, you teach people how to treat you.
And some of you, you may not even realise that.
So, if you show up small, people treat you as if you are small.
Not because you're unkind, but because you sent that signal in your energy across.
You whispered instead of declaring, and you tucked yourself in the corner,
Instead of stepping into your power, but when you show up as a leader, grounded, certain, and embodied. The world shifts, opportunities shift, people listen differently.
Doors that once felt locked begin to open, and almost effortlessly.
Because leadership isn't just a title, it's an energy.
It's a frequency that you decide to wear.
And here's an even deeper truth. You're not waiting for the world to recognise your power. You're waiting for you to recognise your own power that sits within.
