71/90 CEO Of Wealth: Lead With Authority

💜 Welcome welcome to Week 11 of the 90 Day CEO of Wealth Run. And this week is about lead with authority. CEOs don't shrink, they expand influence, and day 71 today is all about authority begins. When you stop asking for permission, So, it's about speaking, posting, or sharing boldly to attract wealth and impact.

And most people shrink online because they're waiting to be good enough, or…they don't feel worthy enough, or they feel like perhaps they've got imposter syndrome. And that word I've heard a little bit lately with, you know, on various social media platforms.

But CEOs decide.

They decide,

They declare,

They lead. And the focus is all about claiming space online.

You know, what most people don't realise - Authority isn't something you can earn, it's something you claim.

And for decades, maybe even your whole life, you've been taught to wait.

Wait to be chosen,

Wait to be approved,

Wait to feel ready,

Wait until somebody says, yes, you're allowed to lead, or yes, you can do that.

But the truth is, that stings, and the permission slip that you've been waiting for…

That's never coming.

Well, it is, because I give you permission to be your true, authentic leadership self.

There you go. You don't need to wait any longer. And, often that permission comes from you don't need it to come from a boss, from a partner, from your family or society,

And until you stop waiting, you will keep shrinking.

Even when your soul is begging you to rise, I put a great video in the community this morning. I hope that you've watched it. It will…It could trigger.

Something that you didn't realise before.

And I know for… for Pam, when she's watched it, she loved it.

So, I know that there was something that she got out of that video, and one thing I can say about Pam is…is a doer.

She plays full out. She does whatever it takes. Regardless. And she's still learning, and she's still earning, and she's still…building, and she's, you know, we're all doing that.

So, congratulations, Pam.

Authority is not loud, and it's not aggressive, and it's not about overpowering.

Authority is the moment that you decide, I am no longer going to abandon myself.

It's the moment you decide your voice matters before anyone agrees your vision is valid. Before anyone understands, your future, deserves to be built before anyone supports you. Authority begins the moment you stop asking, is it okay if I…

And you start saying, watch me.

I know that, you know, years ago, there were many people who said, you're never gonna make it. You're never gonna be successful. Or… you're not… you don't know what you're talking about.

And I just kept saying, watch me. Watch me. Watch me. Not out loud. I kept saying it. As I was taking action and committing to myself to make it happen.

Because deep down, you know this.

Every time you hold back your truth,

Every time you dim your power,

Every time you silence yourself to keep the peace.

You are teaching your future self to live small.

And they're begging you, quietly, desperately, to choose you instead.

To choose that younger you.

Today is the day you stop asking for permission to be the person you are always meant to become.

Make one bold declaration publicly a post, a story, or a message where you speak with zero apology about who you are, what you stand for, and what you are building.

No shrinking, no softening, no disclaimers.
