Mainly today's lesson is all about, um, embodiment. Therefore today, we're going to really step into that embodiment even more.
Because why blaming time, age, or economy is energy leakage?
How self-responsibility stabilises the nervous system and what it feels like to live with zero limits.
Zero limits with money, relationships, and how to rewire money, and let money become a collaborator,
rather than a stressor.
Let's face it, most people do stress about money, and that causes so many other things.
And it also does not respond to effort, it responds to energy ownership. So more about what you… what you're living in, how you're living in that relationship with money.
And effort is something that we have in our mind.
We have to put in a big effort.
We have to do more.
We have to push harder.
And that then lives in our body and causes a whole heap of secondary issues.
And every time you blame time, age, or the economy, your energy just walks right out of the room.
Not because you're wrong!
But because responsibility hasn't fully returned home yet.

And when energy is scattered, your nervous system stays alert.
When responsibility is reclaimed,
Your nervous system settles.
You know, fight, flight, and… what is it? Fight, flight, and freeze mode.
It's similar. The you're in this "ready to fly or ready to fight mode all the time when your nervous system is not settled.
And so, when you do reclaim that responsibility, your nervous system lives in more calm, and certainty and clarity. And that's why zero limits feels different.
It's not louder, it's calmer.
Living in a zero-limits state feels like ground under your feet.
Or that you have space in your chest to breathe.
And there's clarity without feeling like there's this urgency
And I don't mean, you know, we have to put urgent CTAs in our videos and things, because we want people to respond quickly. I'm not talking about clarity without urgency in that sense.
What I'm saying is, we don't need to have urgency around a clear message that we have.
And that we speak and that we send out. And from this state, money is no longer something to chase or manage. Money becomes a collaborator.
I've said it before, treat money like it's an employee. Set tasks for it to do. And if your money is not review…is not stpping up for the results then something needs to change.
So when we treat money like an employee, it will return the results that you're looking for. Because it's working for you, not against you. You don't have that resistance. And something that you can relate to, rather than react to.
And so today's simple work that I want you to do is very simple, but it's quite profound in many ways.
And for some of you, it'll be more than others. So,
An emotional reaction around money appears when that happens…
Pause. Just pause, don't judge it. Don't analyse it.
Just notice it. And then gently shift your attention from the circumstance to the reaction in your body.
And this is exactly where the memory lives. This is exactly where the cleaning starts to happen.
When you can pinpoint the reaction in your body, where it is, where you feel it, then you're going to be able to clear, clean that area, so it doesn't happen or that you're more aware and can release more easily. Sometimes there's lots of layers to that as well.
So just breathe, soften, and choose how you want to respond.
We can override it, that's how we rewire our brains.
And authority doesn't come from control, it comes from presence.
And as you do this more and more, then you can remind yourself,
I am the source.
I choose my state.
This is zero living.
Not forcing life.
But leading it from within.
And really, with the Zero Limits activation ritual,
Observe emotional triggers without judgment.
And that's when you can clean all the reactions, not just the money ones, but all areas of your life.
So that zero limits is aligned throughout.
And when you clean that reaction, not the circumstance.
You can respond from a grounded authority.
