23/90 CEO Of Wealth: Indecision Is Still a Decision
💜 Welcome to Day 23 of the 90 Day CEO of Wealth Run. Today is really important. It's indecision is still a decision. But it costs you your power.
Time for a reality check. So, I'm gonna get very real here.
Every time you say, I don't know,
Every time you wait for the right time,
Every time you put off the thing you know you need to do, you're not standing still, you're losing power. Indecision is not safety, it's self-sabotage disguised as caution.
I don't know how many times I've done this in my lifetime. And finally, after years and years and years of self-discovery and moving forward and healing and mindset, and…working with my intuition, I finally realised that… that was all self-sabotage.
And this is where it's different. CEOs don't hide behind that hesitation.
They own the risk.
They own if they… there's a risk there, they will just say, well, we know the risk, we'll do it.
They own the outcome. If it doesn't work out the way they wanted it, they take responsibility.
They own their results.
Every maybe drains your energy.
Every delayed action tells the universe, you don't trust yourself to lead.
You are all leaders, and you have to own that. If you can't trust your own decisions, how can you trust how you manage it.
Think about it. Wealth follows decisiveness.
Success follows momentum, and
Power follows those who say, I've decided. I've committed, I've made a decision. And today, I want you to feel this in your bones.
Every time you hesitate, you to your throne to fear.
But every time you decide, even if you're unsure, you claim your crown back.
You know, I've talked about this on numerous occasions, that…I am tracking…income stream opportunities this year. I've gone from about 5 at the beginning of the year to 13. I'm about to do 14. And this isn't including the number of income streams within the income,
These are just separate income streams. So, for me, it is all about…
Being able to make that decision, I made that decision a year ago. This was the year I was going to make decisions fast, quickly, not miss out on the opportunity.
And those that are still sitting there waiting, or that have taken action, but still sitting there waiting then you're… you've got no momentum, you've got no decision-making leadership skills to be able to lead others.
So, is it time for you to stand up and take that responsibility now? I think so.
You know, this is what the CEO of Wealth Run is all about. It's about giving you the tools to be able to accept, understand, and take the responsibility to be accountable for sitting back and doing nothing.
Be accountable for taking the steps forward and making things happen.
For being accountable to being indecisive,
For being accountable, to just not know what to do next.
And when you do all of those things, you will find a way to move forward.

I want you to make one decision that you've been avoiding.
Not to overthink it, but move, choose, and lead.
Because the CEOs don't wait for certainty. They create it through the movement and the action that they take.

What has hesitation already cost you?
I can tell you, for some of you, It's… income.
For some of you, it's positioning yourself.
For some of you, it's leadership.
For some of you, it's…connection.
For some of you, it's time.
For some of you, it's opportunities.
For some of you, it's peace of mind.
Maybe even your self-trust, whatever it is, that cost, has to finish. It has to finish today.
64 days till Christmas. Guys, are we still going to have the same conversations next year?
Or are you going to make that decision and make it work for you?
Because, you know, I love to see people grow, and there's people in this community that are moving that are creating, that are taking action.
And there's others that we don't hear a peep out of. I don't know where they are, I don't know what they're doing.
And all I'm asking is, reach out if you need help.
Don't be overwhelmed sitting in silence, letting it all take over.
Your empire doesn't grow through waiting, it grows through deciding.
