This week, I’m excited to announce a Meet and Greet Zoom session where we can come together, get to know one another, and establish a buddy system for the month. As we enter this Thanksgiving month, fostering community and support will be key to our journey of thankfulness and healing.
Zoom Session Details:
👥 Purpose: Introduce ourselves, discuss our buddy system goals, and build connections.
📅Date Options: Please reply with your preferred day and time from the options below:
🗓️ Option 1: Wednesday, November 5th at 7 PM
🗓️Option 2: Thursday, November 6th at 6 PM
🗓️ Option 3: friday, November 7th at 7pm
( open to early options available also drop in comments)
Mini Checklist of 4 Small Achievable Goals for November:
1. Daily Gratitude: 🙏🏽Share at least one thing you are grateful for each day with your buddy.
2. Check-In Call: 📲Schedule a quick 10-minute phone or video call with your buddy once a week to discuss your experiences and support each other.
3. Encouragement Notes: 📨Write and send at least 2 encouraging messages to your buddy throughout the month.
4. Reflection Journal: 📘Try to journal about your thoughts and feelings at least once a week, focusing on your healing journey and what you’re thankful for.
