reset not perfect
Sometimes, healing through stories is taking a reset, it is taking a day or two to get alone with you> we don't always have to be on point. Today I spent the day make tarts for an author group meeting tomorrow. Two different people came over while I wasn't dressed and no bra, my healing self-let them in, Why Not? healing doesn't need to look perfect and either do I all the time. healing comes in many shapes and sizes, and we just need to show up for ourselves. We need to celebrate the small and big wins. Today was answering my door not looking perfect because I was spending the day resetting again. I am proud of myself, but glad I did brush my teeth at least
