February often centers around Valentineās Day ā hearts, flowers, romance, and relationships. But this month, in our Letās Talk: Healing, Growing, & Empowered Womenās Community, weāre shifting the focus.
Before we talk about loving someone elseā¦
Before we celebrate partnership or companionshipā¦
We ask the most important question:
How are you loving yourself?
Loving yourself first isnāt selfish. Itās foundational. It sets the tone for every relationship in your life ā friendships, family, romantic partners, coworkers, even your relationship with your goals and dreams.
When you love yourself first:
- You set healthier boundaries.
- You stop accepting bare minimum effort.
- You speak to yourself with kindness instead of criticism.
- You choose environments that align with your peace.
Self-love isnāt just bubble baths and affirmations (though those are beautiful too). Itās:
- Resting when youāre tired.
- Saying no without guilt.
- Seeking support when youāre struggling.
- Forgiving yourself for past mistakes.
- Investing in your healing.
This Valentineās Day, whether youāre partnered, single, healing, or somewhere in between, remember this:
š You are not waiting to be chosen.
š You are already worthy.
š You are already enough.
⨠Weekly Reflection Questions:
- In what ways have I been neglecting myself?
- What does loving myself consistently look like?
- What is one boundary I can set this month as an act of self-love?
- How can I celebrate myself this Valentineās Day?
š Journal Prompt:
āDear Me, I promise to love you byā¦ā
Write freely. Be honest. Be gentle.
š¬ Community Invitation:
Drop one word in the comments that describes what self-love means to you this year.

Letās start with the woman in the mirror.
With warmth,
