Hi! My name is John Ballard Jr. I shall be known to you in this forum as Coach Izaaq, creator and founder of this System.
I am here for you. I will answer questions if you have them, and offer advice when I can. I wrote an Introduction to the System that should give a good idea of what's in store. And I will be producing Instructional Videos soon and at intervals. I thank you for your Interest and for Joining our Club.
