Hawai‘i Team — Elite Member Onboarding (Step-by-Step)
Step 1 — Accept terms & register under Team Lead (Mano)
- Go to http://www.mwrlife.com/manonguyen
- Click Join Now (top right).
- Create your account profile (legal name, email, mobile) and password.
- Confirm you accept the Terms & Policies.
goal: make sure every new member is correctly placed under Mano (Team Hawai‘i lead), Lincoln and/or Ai for support, training, and tracking.There will be a fair distribution of the commissions from leads to the team.
Step 2 — Enrollment (choose your role + membership)
A. Select your business role
- Choose Lifestyle Ambassador — $99
B. Select your membership (travel platform)
- Choose Elite Travel Advantage™ — $239.97 to start
recommendation: join as Lifestyle Ambassador + Elite Travel Advantage to maximize travel perks and qualify for the best business rewards.
Step 3 — Billing & account verification
- Enter payment details (card).
- Confirm your billing email and primary phone.
- Watch for the welcome email with Biz Center access.
tip: use a dedicated inbox label/folder “MWR Life” so you don’t miss system emails.
Step 4 — Access your Biz Center (back office)
- Log in to your Biz Center (link in the welcome email).
- Verify your profile, tax info (as prompted), and notifications.
- Save your personal referral link (you won’t use it in Phase 1 if you’re working Lincoln’s leads, but you’ll need it later).
Step 5 — Join our training on Skool
- Join High Flyers (your upline HQ for strategies + updates).
- Join Hawai‘i Travel Concierge Team (our ops/training hub).

Step 6 — Tool setup (5–10 minutes)
- Save Lead Referral Form link (posted in Lesson 2).
- Bookmark the Lead Tracker (view access).
- Add our weekly Zoom to your calendar (Skool → Calendar).
- Join our WhatsApp/Signal thread (link in Skool → Start Here).
Step 7 — Understand your role in the pipeline
- Lincoln’s agents: use the Q&A talking points during normal customer conversations → submit warm referrals only.
- Hawai‘i Team (Mano / Ai): we handle all follow-ups + conversions and customer service.
- You: complete Lessons 1–3, learn the process, and participate in recognition + weekly updates.
Step 8 — Quick start checklist (do these in 24 hours)
- Registered under mwrlife.com/manonguyen
- Chose Lifestyle Ambassador + Elite
- Logged into Biz Center
- Joined High Flyers + Hawai‘i Travel Concierge Team
- Finished Lesson 1 (Q&A script)
- Saved Referral Form + Lead Tracker
