IMPACT Whey Isolate
Hi , this finally arrived today! Instructions say to take it 30 mins before and/or after exercise.... But, can this be used also as a means for "topping up" protein on non-exercise/rest days? I need to up my general protein intake, so hoping this helps with daily targets.
P.S. I picked up some of those Brooklea Protein Puddings (20g per pot) you'd recommended from Aldi. Tried the caramel flavour and they're actually not bad!
