Community Guidelines
- We name reality without rehearsing helplessness. You are welcome to be real here. You are not here to spiral.
- We practice self-responsibility. We work with our own reactions, not just with other people’s behavior.
- We do not inflame division. This is not a room for ideological combat, outrage performance, or contempt.
- We aim to be constructive. Honesty is welcome. Complaint culture is not.
- We support without rescuing. Offer presence, reflection, and encouragement. Do not position yourself as the authority over another person’s life.
- Confidentiality matters.
- This room is strictly moderated. No amount of bullying or hatred will be tolerated. This space must uphold safeness for self and others - even those with whom we do not agree - if we are to discover the truth what we share.
