  • Where do I feel most grounded in my life right now… and where do I feel unsteady?
  • What emotions are asking to be felt or released?
  • Where am I being called to step into my power or set a boundary?
  • What thoughts or patterns am I ready to shift?
  • Where in my life am I craving deeper connection or support?
