Mixing Millie’s feed
We mix, two part alfalfa, two parts omilene, one part rice bran, one part sweet feed, two parts beet shreds, two parts grow n win , three parts of the high fibre shredded mixture, and top off with an oil supplement, we soak this for a half hour to give her the ability to eat without dropping anything, Millie gets 7/ 24 oz scoops of this twice a day plus an afternoon amount , of five scoops, she has free access to hay but most of it falls out, her teeth were floated, but she has ground most of them down due to age. This sweet old girl has gained at minimum a hundred pounds in four months
