Growth Mindset.
What does it really mean to have a growth mindset?
This is something I always ask and question to myself.
To have a growth mindset it means you are always learning. No matter when, where, or how you are always trying to find an opportunity to learn and grow from.
You don't bias yourself. Anyone you talk to, meet, or introduce yourself with there is always room to grow and learn from.
Whether this is your teacher, professor, best friend, mom, dad, boss, the homeless guy on the street, etc. There is always something you can learn.
Now I don't want you to take this the wrong way either. Just because you learn something it doesn't mean you have to apply it.
Maybe the lesson you learn doesn't apply with your values.
However that is a topic for another discussion, and I just want to share that you can always learn from anyone.
Don't bias yourself.
