Hard to Break is a General Physical Preparedness community built around one idea: master the fundamental patterns of human movement across all three planes — and maintain that capability for the rest of your life.
We train with kettlebells, heavy clubs, maces, and bodyweight. We document the journey. We chase gate tests, not aesthetics. We build bodies that respond when called upon — in the gym, on the trail, on the mat, or in the moment when someone needs to be carried to safety.
This is not a program-of-the-month club. This is a philosophy. And the people here are building something permanent.
If you are a veteran, a martial artist, a law enforcement officer, a farmer, an adventure seeker, or just someone who has looked at their body and thought — I should be able to handle more than this — you are in the right place.
Hard to break. Not impossible. Just harder.
