Hi everyone! My name is Myaha and I live in Los Angeles. I have been interested in no-buy/low-buy living for the last year or so. After completing my financial audit of my 2025 spending, it was a true wake up call. I’m realizing at 29 how my decisions, feelings and behaviors all intertwine and shopping is a huge outlet. I have a high-stress career that often leads me to buy without thought on tough days. My “why” is simple. While I am in the best financial position I’ve ever been in, I’m working on retraining my brain to find joy outside of spending. I want to spend my time with friends, family and investing in my own well-being. I have enjoyed this challenge so far and look forward to making it a lifestyle. Can’t wait to hear more of everyone’s journey and seeing the progress made :)
