Most communities don’t struggle with ideas…They struggle with participation.
So I’m curious from your point of view:
What would make you more likely to jump in if you’ve been watching from the sidelines?
Is it:
- Better, more practical questions?
- Seeing someone go first and be real (wins and messes)?
- Smaller, tighter conversations instead of big threads?
- A direct tap on the shoulder: “Hey, what do you think?”
- Or something else we’re missing?
No wrong answers here
.If we build this like a shared workbench instead of a lecture hall, everyone wins.
