When you were a child, your brain had one job:
Keep you alive.
It watched the world…
noticed patterns…
and created beliefs to explain what was happening.
"I'm not enough."
"People always leave."
"I have to earn love."
"The world isn't safe."
The strange part?
Your unconscious mind never stopped to ask if those beliefs were true.
It only asked…
"Does this belief help me predict what happens next?"
A belief isn't reality.
A belief is a tool your nervous system created to navigate reality.
And just like any tool...
Some become outdated.
Imagine trying to build a house with only a hammer.
The hammer isn't wrong.
It's just the wrong tool for every job.
Many of us are trying to build a peaceful life with beliefs that were designed to survive childhood.
No wonder it feels so difficult.
