Thanks for the add. After my motorbike accident in 2020, I stopped going to the gym and lost all motivation. 5 years off, loads of shit food and im back to looking and feeling bad. This needs to change! I dont know a great deal about nutrition, apart from the obvious, and i really struggle with initial motivation. I need a kick up the arse, basically. π Feel like this might be the place to get that kick. Here for the journey, thanks π
