As many of you have seen from my recent Jarvis video, I’m building a personal AI operator /command center that helps me run my life and business.
Current setup:
- Jarvis is the main agent I talk to directly
- Other agents are being built
- Each agent has a role: support, content, dev, research, ops, etc.
- The plan is that they will communicate with each other in channels, coordinate work, hand things off, and escalate to me when needed
The goal is to build an AI company/team around my life and business — where agents can watch systems, do research, draft responses, manage workflows, and collaborate the way humans would.
- J.A.R.V.I.S will understand the goals I want to achieve and analyze the data, track the inputs, and make sure we stay on the path. If done correctly, any goal will just be a series of inputs handled by the team and occasionally me, making it hard to miss the target.
Ask me anything about:
- what still breaks
- how the Slack agent team works
- what the cost is
- how to apply it to your industry
